First log in to your vade-nutrition.com account, go to "Manage Subscriptions" From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard. Once in the dashboard, locate the subscription product(s) you wish to update and select 'More' located to the far right of the options at the bottom of your subscription listing. Select 'Edit Frequency'. A calendar will pop-up where you can edit delivery date and frequency. After changes are made, select 'Apply.'

Locate the subscription you wish to pause and select 'More' located to the far right of the options at the bottom of your subscription listing. Select 'Pause'. A confirmation box will appear, select your preferred pause length to proceed with pausing your subscription. You can unpause at any time by updating your next order date.

Yes! You can easily adjust your product selection at any time. To edit your subscription products you'll first need to login to your vade-nutrition.com account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard. Locate the subscription product(s) you wish to update and select 'Edit Products'. A pop-up will appear allowing you to edit the quantity or remove your existing product. To swap your product click "Swap item" and search for the product you would like to add, confirm your selection and save changes.

To merge 2 or more of your subscriptions you’ll first need to login to your vade-nutrition.com account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.' Locate the subscription with the order frequency and order date you wish to retain and select ‘More' located to the far right of the options at the bottom of your subscription listing. Select 'Merge subscription’. From here you’ll be presented with a pop up showcasing each of your subscriptions eligible for merging. Use the checkbox to select the subscription(s) you wish to merge into your existing subscription. This will cancel the subscriptions you select and move all products into the originally selected subscription. Confirm your selection by clicking “Merge” in the bottom right hand corner of the pop up.

To add a one time product to your upcoming order, first login to your vade-nutrition.com account and navigate to ‘My Subscriptions.’ From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard. To add a one-time product, select “Edit Products,” select “Add product(s) to subscription,” pick your product of choice and edit the frequency to “One time.” Confirm your selection by clicking “Add product” at the bottom of the pop up.

First login to your vade-nutrition.com account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.' Find the subscription that you are updating the payment method for, then alongside the Billing section, click 'Edit'. A pop-up will appear allowing you to edit your existing payment or 'Add New Payment Method'.
