Returns, exchanges and full refunds will only be given for unopened product. For any product that has already been opened, the customer is eligible for store credit only. Our product is a consumable good, therefore it is unsanitary to return or exchange opened product for a refund. For any purchase over $99.00, we ask that you return the unopened product back to our warehouse by writing “Return to Sender” on the original shipping box and dropping it off at any USPS location.

Discounted Items: All Discounted items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments will be given on prior sales.

Please Note: We do not process returns or refunds for samples or starter packs as they are made available for customers to sample the products to see if they are preferable to their individual taste and experience before committing to a full order.

We do not offer refunds for full size bags which have been opened. This is because sample packs and discounted starter packs are available as the primary way to sample our products so that individuals can see if they are preferable to their individual taste and experience before committing to a full order.



If you have been issued a refund by us, the time frame for it to arrive in your account can vary with many different factors, including payment method and location.



Domestic Customers: Depending on your bank, refunds should post back to your account within 2-5 business days.

All refunds must be issued back onto to the same card that was used at the time of purchase.



If you've been issued an In-Store Credit the next time you place an order you'll automatically see a credit deduction in the cart. Please make sure you're logged into your account so the credit displays correctly.
