Add one (1) 100% Whey Isolate Dissolvable Protein Scoop to 8-12 oz of cold water, milk, smoothie or favorite drink. Shake or blend for about 10-20 seconds, or until smooth. For best results do not mix more than 1-2 Dissolvable Protein Scoops in liquid at one time. Do not remove the pre-measured protein scoop from its clear dissolvable film. I’m usually not a fan of protein drinks, most don’t taste great and are extremely chalky but I absolutely love VADE!! I mixed it with Almond Milk to keep it low on carbs and it’s really good. I highly recommend and this will definitely be my go to protein drink.

I’m giving this 5 stars but I don’t like the vanilla flavour at all. Maybe it’s just me but I couldn’t even swallow it. It’s still worth trying because we all have different tastebuds. The chocolate is the real star for me. It tastes like hot chocolate. I am on weight watchers and this is only 1 point on blue. So this is a perfect snack or replacement meal. I will order again but I’ll only get the chocolate.

I was so surprised at how it tasted. It was actually good! Still not sure about the dissolving package. It did dissolve all the way very quickly. But just the thought of it dissolving and then drinking it weirds me out. But aside from that, its good!
I have not found one protein drink that I like it ,this by far is the best I've ever tasted,The fact that you can buy a sample size is incredible I wish all protein places would do that I've wasted a lot of money and products and I kept purposely procrastinating to try it even though I had it sitting on my counter ,"" it's going to taste gross it's going to accept my stomach etc etc,"" and today I finally did it and it tasted like a hot chocolate ,I was really nervous about that plastic film too I said I was just going to cut it and dump it in but I did it anyways and it was good like nothing it's dissolved completely
I absolutely love the taste of this protein and am blown away by the texture and how smooth it is. It doesn't clump at all and is delicious with some unsweetened almond milk. Great post workout and recovery treat.
