Subscription Terms
Subscription Enrollment
- By subscribing to a Vade Nutrition product, you agree to the terms of our subscription program. You will be billed for your subscription based on the frequency and product options selected at checkout.
- Subscription charges will be processed automatically based on your selected frequency (e.g., every 1, 2, 4, or 8 weeks).
Subscription Discounts
- Subscribers enjoy a 15% discount on every recurring order.
- Free Shipping is included on all subscription orders within the domestic United States (excluding AK, HI, and PR).
Subscription Modifications
- You have the flexibility to manage your subscription at any time through your customer portal on vade-nutrition.com. This includes:
- Changing the delivery frequency or date.
- Updating the shipping address or payment method.
- Skipping or canceling an upcoming order.
- Swapping products or adding one-time items to your subscription.
Billing & Payment
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all recurring subscription charges.
- Payments are processed automatically on the subscription renewal date. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal.
- If your payment method fails, you will be notified, and your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
Shipping & Delivery
- Subscription orders will be shipped for free within the domestic U.S. (excluding AK, HI, and PR).
- Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- You can adjust your delivery date and frequency via your customer portal. We will send you email reminders before each shipment.
Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting "Cancel Subscription" under "Manage Subscriptions."
- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must occur at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipment date.
- If you cancel after the payment has been processed, your subscription will remain active until the next renewal period.
Pausing Your Subscription
- You have the option to pause your subscription for up to 3 months. During the pause period, you will still retain all subscriber benefits, such as the discount and free shipping.
- You can resume your subscription at any time by updating your next order date in your subscription dashboard.
- Changes to Subscription Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify our subscription policy at any time. If there are any changes to your subscription, we will notify you via email prior to the change taking effect.
