Our plant-based protein is full of 10 superfoods, 26 vitamins and minerals and is 100% vegan with no animal products. You will find ingredients such as cocoa powder, chicory root fiber, oats, wheatgrass powder, alfalfa grass powder, spirulina powder and more.
A meal replacement means that there is a specific ingredient and formula in our protein that can hold over an appetite and minimize the feeling of hunger for up to 2-4 hours. Being that it is 140 calories per serving it can be sufficient enough for a caloric meal.
Our plant-based meal replacement is 100% vegan and plant-based meaning there are no animal products in our ingredients. The protein comes primarily from peas and rice, and doesn’t taste like it’s straight from the Earth, like many other plant proteins.
- You can take before or after a workout to ensure your daily protein at the best time of the day although as a meal replacement it can be taken any time.
- Once you finish working out it is important to refuel your body within an hour or two afterwards because you need to repair the tissue damage from your workout. Post-workout is actually when your body is most hungry for protein.
