VADE Protein Pancakes

Team VADE introduces to you our very popular protein pancakes! Great for any breakfast or a quick way to get some additional protein in!


  • 1 VADE Vanilla Protein scoop Banana
  • 1 Cup of buckwheat flour
  • 2 Bananas
  • 3/4 cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon & Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 Salt
Time = 15 Min Total
*Toppings can be customized to your preference!


  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.

  2. Add almond milk and vanilla and stir.

  3. Add all dry ingredients and mix it up!

  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into a pan (I usually cook them with a tiny bit of coconut oil in the pan) and let them cook about 2 minutes each side!

  5. Take them off when done, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy! My favorite toppings:

  • Peanut butter

  • Maple Syrup

  • Granola

  • Bananas
