Ingredients:

    • 1 Cup Almond Milk
    • 1 Kale leaf (chopped)
    • 1/2 Banana
    • 1 Vanilla VADE Protein Scoop
    • 1 Handful of ice

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients into a blender

2. Blend ingredients
