Strawberry Banana Smoothie

 Need a refreshing recipe to get your protein in? Give our VADE Strawberry Banana smoothie a try! 

Ingredients:

    • 1 Cup Almond Milk
    • 1 cup chopped strawberries
    • 1/2 banana (or 1 full banana if you blender has the room for it!)
    • 1 Vanilla VADE Protein Scoop
    • 1 Handful of ice

      Directions: 

      1. Place all ingredients into a blender 

      2. Blend ingredients

      3. Enjoy! 

      • *use frozen fruit for a thicker and creamier shake!
        *can substitute Almond Milk for any other milk that you prefer
