VADE Smoothie Bowl Recipe
There is nothing better than enjoying a Smoothie Bowl packed with protein, fiber, and tons of antioxidants on a hot Summer day. Or even a rainy Summer day, because smoothie bowls are ALWAYS amazing.
Here is a super tasty & healthy recipe for you guys to try today! We hope you love it as much as we do!
- 1 cup of milk/milk alternative
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 of a frozen banana
- 1 Vanilla VADE protein scoop
- Handful of spinach (optional)
Other topping options:
- Coconut flakes
- Other fresh fruit (strawberries, apples, mango, etc.)
- Blend all ingredients in a blender/food processor
- Pour into a bowl
- Top with toppings
