VADE Smoothie Bowl Recipe

There is nothing better than enjoying a Smoothie Bowl packed with protein, fiber, and tons of antioxidants on a hot Summer day. Or even a rainy Summer day, because smoothie bowls are ALWAYS amazing. 
Here is a super tasty & healthy recipe for you guys to try today! We hope you love it as much as we do! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk/milk alternative 
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 of a frozen banana
  • 1 Vanilla VADE protein scoop
  • Handful of spinach (optional)

Toppings:

  • Blueberries
  • Bananas
  • Mulberries 

Other topping options:

  • Granola
  • Coconut flakes
  • Other fresh fruit (strawberries, apples, mango, etc.)
  • Honey

Directions: 

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender/food processor 
  2. Pour into a bowl
  3. Top with toppings
  4. Enjoy!
