This recipe is super easy to make, and increases protein in your breakfast to provide vital nutrients and keep you full a lot longer! If you are a fan of oatmeal, but wish it had more protein, this is the perfect recipe for you to try.
Our favorite aspect of the recipe is that it’s completely customizable based on ingredients that you love like peanut butter, fruits, etc. VADE also has different flavored protein that you can try with different ingredients to match your morning cravings. Our team loves peanut butter, so I always make my oatmeal with our Chocolate 100% Whey Isolate Protein with peanut butter and honey! The recipe can be made in the microwave, but this is able to be done on a stovetop as well.
1 Cup of Oats
1 Cup almond milk or water (almond milk makes it creamier)
1 Whey Isolate Protein pack
1 Tablespoon Peanut butter (optional)
1 Tablespoon honey (optional)
1 cut banana (optional)
Pour the oats in a microwave safe bowl; mix in the water or milk with spoon; microwave for 3 minutes; stir completely after finished in microwave; toss in 1 dissolvable protein pack and stir; Optional: add in peanut butter and honey and stir, cut banana into slices and add on top.
