
Here at VADE we care about more than just your protein intake - we care about your physical, mental and spiritual health as well. Which is why we want all of our customers to prioritize their healthy habits and do their best to stick to them. We want to make sure all of our current and future customers are doing all that they can to ensure happiness in 2023 as well! One way to increase happiness is by establishing habits that make your everyday life just a little bit easier. These are some habits that are keeping us going in 2023:

1. Develop a regular sleep schedule
- Establish a bedtime routine
- Reduce blue light at night

- Avoid napping during the day
- Avoid caffeine, nicotine and alcohol close to bedtime
- Make your bedroom comfortable, ensuring the bedroom is dark, quiet and set at a comfortable temperature. Avoid late night snacks
