
Brownies to Buzz About
At team VADE, we all love having a sweet and healthy snack around whenever we are craving something. This way we can indulge whenever we want and not feel guilty about it! These protein brownies are the perfect sweet treat to have laying around and are protein packed! Check out the recipe and let us know when you make them!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour of choice (almond, oat, wheat)
- 2 Chocolate VADE Packs
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup melted oil of choice (coconut, butter, avocado)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup mashed banana
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional!)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Oil an 8-inch pan or line with parchment paper.
- Stir dry ingredients together, then mix in wet ingredients.
- Bake for 20 minutes and then let cool in the pan.
- Eat & Enjoy!
