CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE
Delicious, thick, creamy and lactose free protein shake made with just a few ingredients! So quick and easy!
1 cup Almond milk
2 spoonfuls of peanut butter (use all natural peanut butter for an even healthier and low sugar protein shake)
1 Handful of ice cubes
*use frozen banana for a thicker and creamier shake!
*can substitute Almond Milk for any other milk that you desire
STRAWBERRY BANANA VANILLA PROTEIN SHAKE
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 cup chopped strawberries
1/2 banana (or 1 full banana if you blender has the room for it!)
1 Handful of ice
*use frozen fruit for a thicker and creamier shake!
*can substitute Almond Milk for any other milk that you prefer
TROPICAL KALE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
1 cup Almond Milk
1 Slice of Pineapple
1 Kale leaf (chopped)
1 Vanilla Dissolvable Protein Scoop
1 handful of ice
