CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN SHAKE

Delicious, thick, creamy and lactose free protein shake made with just a few ingredients! So quick and easy!

1 cup Almond milk

2 spoonfuls of peanut butter (use all natural peanut butter for an even healthier and low sugar protein shake)

100% Whey Isolate Chocolate Protein Powder: just add 1 Dissolvable Protein Scoop (VADE Nutrition)

Handful of ice cubes (I use 4 ice cubes from the ice tray and it works perfectly!)
